Art in Year 2 (2024-2025)

In Year 2, the children have created light house scenes in response to reading the story ?The Light House Keeper?. They followed a step-by-step guide to draw a lighthouse and used watercolours to paint it and to create a colour wash for the background. After learning the rhyme, ?If I was a Pirate?, the children followed step-by-step instructions to draw and colour a pirate. In addition, the children created a Christingle picture and a pinch pot from clay.
