Church Langley receive the Gold Kitemark Award

Posted On: 11 December 2014

The Sainsbury's School Games is a unique opportunity to motivate and inspire millions of young people across the country to take part in more competitive school sport. The Games are made up of three levels of activity: competition in schools, between schools, and at a county level. The Games are designed to build on the magic of The London Olympics - 2012 to enable every school and child to participate in competitive sport.

Every school is able to apply for a bronze, silver or gold level of the Sainsbury’s School Games Kitemark. The Kitemark is designed to reward the school’s commitment and delivery of school sport competition. This year, Church Langley Primary School has achieved a gold level award for their dedication and participation in a wide range of sports at competitive levels. We are the only school in Harlow to achieve this prestigious award.
