KS2 Christmas Bazaar festive fun

Posted On: 30 November 2023

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

And it certainly did today. A huge thank you to the Year 6 pupils of the Enterprise Club, who with expert guidance from Mrs Lott and Mrs Semark, produced an amazing Christmas Bazaar for pupils in Key Stage 2. The main hall looked magnificent with an inflatable Father Christmas, classic Christmas tunes and a ‘virtual fireplace’ on the go surrounding the stalls designed and created by the children.

The hall was abuzz with excitement as the children from Years 3 to 6, perused the different stalls for an hour each, deciding where to spend their money. Some won prizes, some entered competitions to knock down snowmen, match Christmas symbols or guess the number of hidden Grinches; whilst the vast majority stuffed their faces with chocolate, marshmallow snowmen, crispy cakes or selection boxes from the pull a string.

Each group worked really well and the children from the Enterprise club will be keen to know how much profit they have made before deciding which charity to donate some of their profits to.
